Chadonia was an amazing agent and person. She was willing to answer any and all questions I had, and if she didn’t have the answer she would make sure she found out an answer for me. We had some bumps in the road due to uncontrollable things on other ends, but she always had a smile and made it just feel like an inconvenience instead of a disappointment.
